I'm not necessarily a huge fan of heights and dangling from a building by ropes isn't really my idea of fun. My stomach sinks inward a little just thinking about it.



But I also want to show my support for the important work being done by Easterseals Michigan to address the mental health needs of kids, families and adults across the state. So I'm going to rappel close to 300 feet off the roof of the Bridgewater Place high-rise, in Grand Rapids, to help increase awareness and remind everyone that Mental Health is Health!
